Serverele Microsoft de email (hotmail, outlook) blocheaza IP-ul serverului dvs. de email ?
Daca da, atunci ar trebui sa primiti un email automat de tipul acesta:

email in care sunteti instiintati ca mesajul dvs. a fost blocat datorita listarii IP-ului intr-o lisa proprie de blocare.

Dupa o zi am primit urmatorul mesaj:
(am uitat sa specific ca trebuie neaparat sa aveti un cont live.com, hotmail.com sau outlook.com ca sa puteti accesa forumul de mai sus)
Am deschis linkul, am completat toate campurile si Submit.
Intr-un final am primit urmatorul mesaj ce informa ca IP-ul blocat a fost delistat/deblocat:
